Authentic and beautiful cement tiles, black and, in other rooms, red checkerboard floors, balconies and terraces all the way to the solar pavement from where there is a view that reaches far into the distance. Certainly the property needs renovation work but, in general, the condition is very good. Ideal for a private residence or for several private residences as well as to make a splendid dwelling intended for receptivity, perhaps taking advantage of the benefits that the Puglia Region allocates to these initiatives.
